Requirements
- relevant Social Work qualification
- minimum of 2 years post qualifying experience working in childcare or fostering
- knowledge of fostering regulations
- scottish Social Services Council Registration
- membership with the PVG Scheme
- full driving licence
- availability to travel and work flexible hours
Responsibility
- to respond to enquiries from potential foster carers and set up first contacts
- undertake Home Visits to make an initial assessment of capacity to become a foster carer
- ensure Application Forms are sent timeously
- organise Skills to Foster dates
- participate in recruitment activities to promote Care Visions Fostering including Webinars
