- 3rd Line Support of server related incidents within agreed SLA’s
- 3rd line support of Server related Incidents within agreed SLAs
- we provide outsourced IT solutions to small businesses, typically those who cannot afford permanent IT staff
- product Champion with mentoring to colleagues
- your role will be primarily project-based, with customer consultancy and a escalation point for the 2ndline engineers

- ensuring all incidents are updated in a regular, accurate and timely manner. Escalating incidents when required
- since this is a 3rdLine role, we would require an experienced professional to join us at our leading IT services and consulting company

- hypervisor – VMWare ESX , Hyper-V
- previous experience of working on service desk using PSA systems
- citrix, Linux
- experiencing working with ITIL methodologies
- clean driving licence and own car required
- ideally, you should have some current MCP and advanced CompTIA qualifications
- windows Updates, Windows / Apple – Hardware and Software
