Responsibility
attend and coordinate field trials/installations for new and existing products
create product training packages for distributors and key clients
conduct product/technical presentations to customers, design consultants, and colleagues and at industry seminars
provide technical support to customers, distributors, governing bodies and colleagues
liaise with engineering & applications departments on feedback with ideas to enhance product performance & new product ideas
interpret and occasionally edit CAD/Solidworks product drawings
liaise with the engineering department to provide clients with site-specific layout and installation drawings
continuously drive improvements and lean initiatives
Requirements
qualified to minimum HNC/D
capability to write technical responses, documentation and manuals
willingness & flexibility to travel worldwide, sometimes at short notice
confident and highly motivated customer facing engineer with a strong attention to detail
key focus on providing exceptional customer service
crash cushion / terminal and / or road restraint system installation
driving and equipment operation
yard duties
ability to work individually, or as part of a team, with excellent time keeping. Maintaining high levels of delivery and customer service in the following activities
Requirements
full clean driving licence
experience in site construction
team player with a 'can do' approach
health & Safety awareness
flexibility
NVQ Level 3 Diploma in Work Based Fencing
