Responsibility
- to prepare and submit reports regarding your home to the Group Operation Director
- to ensure that all Company vehicles are maintained and operated in accordance with Company policy
- to lead and motivate your team
- to deliver on-call support
- to contribute to the creation of standards of excellence in the Company by your attendance at and contribution to the Registered Manager meetings
- to be responsible for ensuring that information is transmitted to the Business Centre in an accurate format and in accordance with agreed timescales
- to ensure that all recommendations from the Ofsted Inspection and, or Regulation 44 visits are implemented
- to be an active and positive member of the establishment’s management team
