- the Business Manager will have an integral role in providing continuity of outstanding service to our existing patients and be responsible for providing leadership to practice colleagues
- the aim is to ensure we put patients at the heart of everything we do and in order to drive practice growth, increase revenue opportunities, and operate the effective day-to-day financial management and logistics of the practice
Requirements
- experience of working with financial records, to include P&L, KPIs and budget planning
- experience of managing a team including knowledge of HR processes and compliance
- the ability to communicate effectively with the team and lead them with a positive, proactive approach
Responsibility
- we have an exciting opportunity for a Business Manager to join our newly established Dental practice in Maidenhead, part of the Portman Dental Care group
