payroll supervisor

Responsibility

  • setting the timetable and priorities for the team throughout the month
  • support with the accurate and timely processing of payroll for employees
  • ensure compliance with all relevant payroll legislations
  • analyse payroll data to identify trends and discrepancies and help to resolve payroll issues
  • collaborate with the HR department to ensure accurate employee data maintenance
  • support with payroll validations and gross to net checks
  • monitoring progress of the payroll cycle and addressing any concerns that could impact deadlines, such as obtaining missing information or reprioritising team tasks
  • develop the Payroll team by providing effective coaching and mentoring whilst taking responsibility for more complex payroll queries

nurse

Requirements

  • all mandatory training in date
  • minimum 6 months experience in a care environment in the UK
  • minimum 6 months experience in a care environment in the UK, preferably with LD experience
  • proof of Nursing Qualifications and NMC PIN registration
  • wealth of experience placing staff in care homes and facilities
  • partnering approach working with both staff and clients to ensure the best fit for the roles available
