- the Cardross Inn are looking for Chef De Parties who have a passion for working with fresh ingredients and amazing hospitality
- the position is full time & part time and you must be able to work evenings & weekends
- prepare, cook and present food as per kitchen spec, including staff meals
- ensure correct portion control as instructed by Head Chef
- operate and clean equipment correctly and safely, adhering to maintenance and cleaning schedules
- as a Chef De Partie, you will be responsible for supporting the kitchen team to deliver exceptional food that is in line with our standards
- you will be confident in working a nominated section , and extremely team-driven in order to achieve the best service results
- ensure work areas are kept clean, safe and tidy at all times
- cardross Inn are searching for Housekeepers, to join their team at the venue in Cardross, Dumbarton
- you will also be expected to prepare rooms prior to guests checking in to ensure quality guest satisfaction
- you will report directly to the Housekeeping Manager/ General Manager and work closely with other departments within the hotel
- example shift pattern 9am-1pm/2pm over 5 days, weekend rota rotation
- as Housekeeper, you will be responsible for carrying out general housekeeping duties, such as cleaning rooms and public areas and making beds
