Requirements
NVQ Level 2 and 3

prepare menus in collaboration with colleagues
ensure adequacy of supplies at the cooking stations
prepare ingredients that should be frequently available
follow the guidance of the Executive or Sous chef and have input in new ways of presentation or new dishes
put effort in optimizing the cooking process with attention to speed and quality
enforce strict health and hygiene standards
help to maintain a climate of smooth and friendly cooperation
bartender
Responsibility
cocktail and drinks knowledge would be highly beneficial
as a Spa Bar Person, you will facilitate the delivery of a world-class spa experience at Carbis Bay Estate by helping to run our C Bay Spa Bar
with your warm personality and attention to detail, you will create a comfortable and welcoming atmosphere whilst offering excellent Food and Beverage service
perform related work as requested
ensure that adequate glassware, stock and other items are ready for each shift
ability to handle guest requests, complaints, and questions in a calm, professional, and courteous manner
maintain highest standards of courtesy and customer care at all times
