warehouse supervisor
Responsibility
allocate company vans and update computerized records to reflect current assignments
ensure the warehouse is organised by designated sections, including PPE, chemicals, and tools
manage the vehicle fleet, ensuring that weekly vehicle checks are conducted by all teams
maintain sufficient stock levels to meet operational requirements. Monitor stock levels for each team
manage Operatives weekly checks and ensure they are filled out correctly each week. Monitor team’s performance surrounding the checks
organising yearly PAT testing
pack and dispatch pallets to regional teams promptly as necessary
keep all vehicle records current, including MOTs, tax, servicing, and repair documentation
Requirements
strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively at all organizational levels
excellent interpersonal, influencing, and negotiation skills
highly organized and able to meet deadlines consistently
proficiency in MS Office suite
experience with the mechanical management of vehicles
