Responsibility

- work alongside the Communications Coordinator on marketing materials and brand protection
- develop and deliver lead generation campaigns to support key target areas and sales objectives
- it is a very exciting time for the renewable energy industry, with the UK committed to reducing carbon emissions to net zero by 2050
- measure and report on the performance of marketing campaigns and assess against goals
- develop individual sales and account plans, pipeline management, pricing and overall revenue growth in line with agreed sales targets and KPIs
- we are experiencing major growth in the industry and are looking for an experienced and results driven Marketing Manager on a full-time basis
- overall management and ownership of the sales performance metrics, managing the team to ensure appropriate product and market segmentation to deliver revenue and margin targets
- analyse customer behaviours, market performance and industry factors and adjust campaigns to ensure lead generation KPIs are met

- to co-ordinate all sales and marketing activities to drive consistency, collaboration and a common goal with campaigns, events and promotions
- gathering, investigating, and summarising market data and trends to draft reports
- experiment with a variety of organic and paid acquisition channels like content creation, event management, publicity, social media, lead generation campaigns and performance analysis
- our Marketing Manager will play a high-profile role in our organisation, through the planning and implementation of our marketing strategy to drive continued growth and to cement our brand as one of the leading renewable solution companies in the country
- promoting the company's existing brands and introducing new products to the market
- you will lead our experienced and driven sales and marketing team in representing the brand and offering our customers the highest levels of customers service and the best solutions across all technologies
- researching and developing marketing opportunities and plans, understanding consumer requirements, identifying market trends, and suggesting system improvements to achieve the company's marketing goals
- recruiting, training, scheduling, coaching, and managing marketing and sales teams to meet sales objectives
- staying current in the industry by attending educational opportunities, conferences, and workshops, reading publications, and maintaining personal and professional networks
- you will have a proven track record of observing markets, competitors and industry trends to support driving proactive and insightful strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, sales performance and quality customer service
- day to day management of the marketing team and external partners to maintain activity and performance levels across all platforms including online marketing, email campaigning, PR and advertising, brand promotion and content creation
- proactively develop, implement and report on new sales plans/initiatives to support growth in key product/market sectors, with effective and results-driven marketing activity to support performance
Requirements
- experience in marketing, business administration, sales or related field
- 3-5 years’ experience in marketing
- 3-5 years’ experience in marketing and/or sales management
