Responsibility
- oversee the day to day running and organization of the Finance Team
- contribute to the training and development of the Finance Team
- attendance at relevant senior management meetings to present key reports
- general banking
- assist in the management of all accounting procedures and systems used by the organization
- liaison with external auditors and other key professional services as required
- to assist in complying with all the financial and legal requirements and responsibilities of the company
- supplier spend analysis and efficiency management – especially for non-cost of sales items fleet, insurance, utilities etc
Requirements
- A minimum of 5 years in a similar role
- AAT Level 4 or Equivalent
- A minimum of 5 years’ experience in a Financial role
- relevant accountancy qualification or Qualified by experience
- great attention to detail
- excellent IT Skills. Previous use of CRM systems, Xero and Microsoft package
- ability to assist with financial management and control
- full clean drivers license
