- ability to operate basic construction machinery is preferred and CPCS or NPORS training is beneficial

- good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team
- A valid driving licence is desirable but not mandatory
- willingness to learn new skills and take on additional responsibilities as required
Responsibility
- assist in the preparation of sites for construction by clearing debris and leveling ground
- operate hand tools and machinery as required for groundworks, including diggers and compactors
- ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times
- maintain a clean and organised work environment, ensuring tools and equipment are stored correctly after use
