- capital Piling Ltd are currently looking for a Piling Labourer for a permanent position based in the South of the U.K
- for the role you will need the following
- CSCS Card
- experience in working on mini piling projects is beneficial but not essential as full training will be required
- flexible to commute/stay in Location of required work
- work well within a team
- hard worker
- knowledge of relevant British standards & Eurocodes
- negotiating terms of sales, agreements and closing sales with customers
- identify, qualify, and manage new business opportunities
- acting as point of contact between Capital Piling and customers
- responding to customers queries and resolving any objections
- promote and develop existing relationships through strong account management
- maintain excellent current external relationships
- acquire in-depth knowledge of our services
- supporting senior management
- self-driven to seek new business for the company
- construction Industry Knowledge Preferable
- excellent communication skills across written and verbal communication
