Responsibility

  • 21. To liaise with third part companies regarding supply/hire of third party items
  • 22. To create service folders for new installations
  • 23. To raise purchase orders for service
  • 24. To book hotels and flights for engineers as required
  • 25. To scan and attach documents into Service Cloud and GAIA
  • 26. Any other tasks as defined by the Service management team
  • 20. To mentor and assist other Coordinators, with knowledge sharing and be proactive in a team environment to get all tasks completed as a single unit
  • 17. To raise quotations for chargeable parts

  • to carry out adjustments and log retrieval on systems
  • to attend pre-diagnosed level 1 breakdowns and parts replacements
  • to carry out proven level 1 FMI’s within the required deadlines
  • to carry out proven level 1 software updates within the required deadlines
  • to provide onsite assistance as required
  • any other level 1 tasks as defined by the service management team

  • use of OSC
  • successful Disclosure and Barring checks at basic level
  • use of FIX’s/ COMPASS

  • able to demonstrate strong customer facing skills
