- to manage and continue to develop all aspects of a thriving sporting business across various facilities and clubs; including sport centre & swimming pool, golf club, real tennis & squash club as well as many other sports, activities and events that utilise the extensive grounds at Canford
- the successful person will be required to play an active role in the continued development of income generation and managing efficiencies across all the sports facilities
- managing membership and external lets
- you will continuously look for ways to increase business and revenue whilst ensuring that the facilities are run efficiently, reducing expenditure where possible
- the Sports Centre Manager would need to finely balance the need to support all aspects of the school’s sports and PE curriculum, as well as the activities and programmes for members of the general public
- to explore new opportunities to increase revenue in the varied sports facilities and services
