  • performing RTS analysis
  • hosting the stock meeting, following up on actions and generating meeting minutes
  • uploading current stocks into trackers where appropriate
  • updating KM stock management sheet once a week – track no. of master reels
  • investigate missing reels
  • cycle counts – ensuring weights and locations are correct
  • regular storage location reviews
