Responsibility
- we are looking for a hardworking and enthusiastic Cleaners to join our team at our Moreton-In-Marsh Caravan and Motorhome Club site
- our Glamping pods provide a clean and contemporary glamping holiday experience with all the creature comforts our guests could need
- through ingenious use of space, glamping pods easily and comfortably sleep 2 adults and 2 children
- with a total of 183 pitches, Moreton-In-Marsh is a well-established and long standing site, and in 2018 we introduced our new brand Experience Freedom to it which brought 10 Glamping Pods to the site
Requirements
- effectively communicate with guests and colleagues; and demonstrate an understanding of customer care
- have a good understanding of commercial cleaning, presentation and service
- ensure the Glamping Pods are organised and well stocked
- notify Housekeeper when stock and/or linen levels are low and when they are required for the Glamping Pods
- maintain good relationships with outside contractors
- support your colleagues with appropriate facilities tasks to ensure efficient running of Experience Freedom on a day to day basis
- be involved in ensuring that the guests environment is safe, clean and meets appropriate standards
- be able to work independently and as part of the team
