Production Operative Cambridge
Production Operative £21,450 to £23,400 basic (£23,237 to £25,350 incl Bonus)37.5 hours a week, Monday to Thursday 7.30am to 5.20pm, Long weekend every week, Bonus between £1,787 to £1,950 paid annually, Free Healthcare, Free Life Insurance.Part-time possibleEssential Duties and Responsibilities:Proactive approach to manufacturing, right first time every time.· Maintain compliance with all company policies and procedures.· Production of goods in line with drawings provided.· Testing of products as laid down by the Production Manager/Supervisor/Quality Manger.· Maintain Quality standards of all products within WIP in line with Company Policies and the Quality. Manager/Inspector’s direction and achieve 95% quality acceptance.· Cable assembly including detailed soldering and crimping.· Responsible for Quality output of own goods with less than 5% rework.· Responsible for all elements of Health & Safety within your defined area.· Proactive in dealing with issues as they arise and raising them to the Production Manager/Supervisor.Achieving BOM times in all instances.Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:· Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers· Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude and providing exemplary customer service· Ability to work independently and to carry out assignments to completion within parameters· Ability to conduct small detailed soldering and crimping· Ability to read drawings and understand themAbility to loom and produce cable assembliesWork RemotelyNoJob Types: Full-time, PermanentSalary: £21,450.00-£23,
