Requirements

  • demonstrate previous call center and/or Pharmacy experience
  • significant telephone sales/call center skills with a proven track record of delivering results
  • ability to ‘influence without authority’, able to develop and ‘sell the story’ to customers
  • able to be resilient and manage multiple demands at any one time
  • strong sales, communication, and planning/prioritisation skills with an ability to recognise important v urgent
  • motivated and goals driven to continuously improve and achieve excellence
