Responsibility
we specialise in supporting younger adults who have Learning disability and/or mental health issues
we support them to live in their own properties in the community or in supported living in properties
establishing operational tasks, policies and procedures for company employees
we provide practical support, social assistance and emotional support
the Operations Manager role is to oversee all the business operations across the company
this requires a mixture of administrative, financial and leadership skills
within this, our service users also present with many complex needs such as alcoholism, Aspergers/Autism, challenging behaviour, past drug issues, tenancy issues/neighbour disputes, medical issues and petty criminal activities
the most important task of the Operations Manager is to shape and drive the long-term growth of the business
