Responsibility
- you will be an ambassador for Caffeine&Machine and be passionate about a great experience for all
- you will lead, coach and develop the team to have fulfilling roles and careers within the organisation
- you will be responsible for the site P&L, which includes food & beverage, accommodation, emporium, events and functions
- overseeing the daily operation of the site through the implementation of the overall business strategy; exceeding customer experience KPIs and ensuring key business objectives are met in a timely manner
Requirements
- demonstrable experience in a similar General Manager role within a large volume food and beverage operation
- you will be an established leader, who drives results through people with energy, passion and enthusiasm
- confidence with managing a complex P&L
- A leader who confidently navigates ambiguity with resilience and positivity
- management: 3 years
