  • you will be an ambassador for Caffeine&Machine and be passionate about a great experience for all

  • you will be responsible for the site P&L, which includes food & beverage, accommodation, emporium, events and functions
  • overseeing the daily operation of the site through the implementation of the overall business strategy; exceeding customer experience KPIs and ensuring key business objectives are met in a timely manner

Requirements

  • demonstrable experience in a similar General Manager role within a large volume food and beverage operation
  • you will be an established leader, who drives results through people with energy, passion and enthusiasm
  • confidence with managing a complex P&L
