  • communicating with the central production unit to ascertain what is required to ensure stock never runs out
  • working together with the other teams within the shop to discuss baking quantities

  • liaise with the head chefs to understand the level of quality required

  • we are looking for an experienced barista who understands premium coffee, latte art and excels in customer service
  • our core products are premium pastries baked fresh all day every day and a provision of premium coffee
  • preparation of premium coffee using our advanced barista espresso machines
  • monitoring stock and limiting/managing waste on a daily basis to increase efficiency
  • working knowledge of our core product and its allergens
  • ability to upsell and engage with customers at all times
