CAFE DE NATA is looking for employees for positions:
- preparation of premium pastries from initial stage to baking to the highest quality and standard expected of our customers
- monitoring stock and limiting/managing waste on a daily basis to increase efficiency
- we are looking for an experienced pastry chef or an individual experienced in baked goods
- communicating with the central production unit to ascertain what is required to ensure stock never runs out
- working together with the other teams within the shop to discuss baking quantities
- adhering to health and safety standards
- the goal is to enhance customer satisfaction and supersede their experience so that we can maintain and expand our clientele
- liaise with the head chefs to understand the level of quality required
- experience in baking pastries and preparing a wide variety of products
- level 2 Hygiene certificate
- willingness for continuous learning on the job
- flexibility to work in all locations of the company
- in depth knowledge of sanitation principles
- able to work under pressure and manage large crowds
- knowledge of working ingredients and their allergens
- baking: 2 years
- we are looking for an experienced barista who understands premium coffee, latte art and excels in customer service
- our core products are premium pastries baked fresh all day every day and a provision of premium coffee
- preparation of premium coffee using our advanced barista espresso machines
- monitoring stock and limiting/managing waste on a daily basis to increase efficiency
- working knowledge of our core product and its allergens
- ability to upsell and engage with customers at all times
