Responsibility
- work with the team to ensure that stock levels are adequate for the work volumes
- monitor fleet performance metrics and implement improvements to enhance productivity and cost-effectiveness
- oversee inventory management for owned, hired assets and supplies, ensuring adequate stock levels to support ongoing operations
- coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely acquisition of new vehicles and disposal of outdated assets
- maintain accurate records of fleet and plant activities, including maintenance logs, inspection reports, and inventory records
- ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, including vehicle inspections, licensing, and insurance
- manage issues of stock to individuals and monthly stock takes
