- line manage, coach and develop our Outpatient HCA Team and Outpatient Liaison
- our multi award-winning clinic is looking for a talented HCA/Outpatients Manager, who will effectively lead our dedicated Outpatient HCA team and Outpatient Liaison to ensure both our patients and consultants have an outstanding experience at the clinic time and time again
- create, develop and manage HCA standards and HCA relevant SOPs
