- care Coordination: 1 year
- full-time | Part-time | Permanent
- provide professional care and support for clients in their own home in your local area
- to offer companionship and thoughtful personal care
- assistance with medication
- preparation of meals and light domestic duties
- £12.40 comprised of - £10.84 per hour with a 0.78p visit payment to each call you attend, based on 2 -1/2 visits
- effectively communicate with clients, staff and supervisors
- we require Drivers with own Transport for this role and all staff are subject to DBS Check
- free uniform and PPE provided
