A proven track record of analysing, weighing and evaluating evidence to assess risk and create robust support plans and assessments

5 years experience within frontline social work, to include court experience and the completion of court-based assessments, such as Parenting Assessments , Special Guardianship/Connected Persons, Form F Assessments, Risk Assessments, Protective Parenting Assessments, Private Law such as S7, S37 reports and Together and Apart Assessments
experience of working with and assessing families from diverse backgrounds, taking into account age/disability/sex/gender identity/pregnancy and maternity/race/religion or belief/marriage and civil partnership/ sexual orientation/adverse life experiences/impact of poverty etc
