Requirements

  • DBS Check
  • experience of working with children and/or vulnerable families
  • excellent communication skills, particularly the ability to engage with children and their parents whilst providing invaluable parenting support and coaching
  • must drive and have access to own transport with business class insurance and be able and willing to travel when required – travel time and mileage are paid as part of this employment
  • ability to prioritise and organise workload to meet deadlines whilst working independently and effectively
  • skills: you must have computer skills to input information and access to a computer
  • experience of working with individuals with a variety of needs and supporting people who are experiencing adverse circumstances
  • preferred: Relevant qualifications in the field of health and social care or a willingness to work towards them
