Responsibility
- we require an experienced Field Care Coordinator for our Hackney Branch
- we are a domiciliary care provider based in London looking for a full-time care coordinator to join our dedicated forward-thinking team
- assisting in recruiting Care and Support Workers will also be a part of the role
- to support service users and care staff by coordinating their visits and calls
- to work closely with the care needs assessor and other team members to enable the smooth running of the service
- the Field Care Coordinator will work closely with the Registered Manager, planning rotas, briefing carers prior to care calls, conducting supervisions and managing customer visits when required
- ensure that care workers with the correct skills and experience are matched to deliver excellent care to our clients
- ensure working patterns are efficient and planned logically
