Responsibility

  • be knowledgable of Roofing & construction practises
  • manage the tender/quotation process from initial enquiry to submission
  • support Project Management throughout delivery
  • developing both product & service knowledge to represent the company to the highest of standards
  • working closely with office departments throughout
  • generate new clients, as well as managing the existing client base
  • produce accurate tenders/ BoQs from plans, specifications and site visits in a timely manner ensuring compliance with necessary tender documentation, programmes of work, payment applications & accurate project cost analysis records
  • undertake pre-contract meetings and site visits when necessary
