- we prepare/cook all of our delicious ingredients every day, from scratch so we're looking for someone who is efficient and can fit right into a small but well-established team as well as lead the team
- we're pretty choosy when it come to who works in our restaurants - but equally we like to think of ourselves as a nice place to work - We work flexible hours, we throw parties to celebrate success
- pay rates vary but we like to pay as much as we can afford, not as little as we can get away with
