to carry out all aspects of cleaning as required
to carry out carpet cleaning as required
to clean and tidy bathroom and toilet areas as required
to polish furniture and fittings as required
to clean and polish windows interiors, window ledges and doors regularly
to replenish toilet rolls, soap and paper towels and provide feedback on stock levels as necessary
we are currently recruiting for part time Domestic Assistants to carry out domestic cleaning duties including vacuuming, polishing, mopping and ensuring the Home is kept clean, tidy and well maintained for residents, staff and visitors

Responsibility
support the Home Manager during inspections and audits relating to maintenance and health & safety
ensure the home remains compliant with current statutory regulations and best practices
maintain an asset register and service contracts for key equipment
maintain records of all inspections, servicing, and repairs for regulatory compliance
to maintain and keep tidy the gardens, hedges, shrubs and flower beds
ensure that all maintenance issues reported by staff or residents are recorded and dealt with in a timely manner
