Responsibility
to assist with all aspects of personal care and support, such as personal hygiene, assistance with meals, activities and social interaction
write, implement and regularly review individualised care plans for all residents in line with company policy
manage and administer any medications required by the residents in your care
delegate tasks and monitor all junior staff activity, ensuring they contribute to the efficient running of the home
support the Home Manager and Deputy Manager with the recruitment, training and supervision of junior staff members
take on management responsibility in the absence of both the Home Manager and Deputy Manager, should this occur
liaise with Multi-Disciplinary Professionals to ensure all aspects of a resident’s needs are met
assess social and health care needs of new residents and assist to facilitate their move into the service

Responsibility
maintain accurate and complete financial records in line with Company policies and procedures
process receipts of monies against Residents’ accounts
prepare and submit Resident financial information to the Sales Ledger Department
liaise with and assist Credit Control Department to resolve any outstanding issues
ensure continuity of the Payroll
maintain complete files for Residents and Staff Members in line with the Company’s policies and procedures
provide administrative / secretarial support to the Home Manager e.g. typing, filing dealing with correspondence etc, within given timescales
answer the telephone and handle enquiries in a friendly and efficient manner
Requirements
confident, professional and friendly telephone manner
ability to prioritise tasks and complete them efficiently
strong computer literacy, including Microsoft Packages
experience of working in a Care Setting is preferred
experience in an administrative role is preferred
