- monitor food inventory and order supplies as needed
- ensure that all food is prepared in a timely manner and meets quality standards
- train and supervise kitchen staff
- maintain records of food costs, inventory, and other related data
- monitor the quality of ingredients used in the kitchen
- chef: 5 years
- CDP Or Gastro pub Chef: 3 years
- provide an enjoyable environment for all guests with a fully engaged team
- supervise the team to success, lead by example
- maintain good reviews on social media sites and encourage staff to get reviews from clients
- know our products and share that knowledge throughout the team
- grow & develop your team to allow them be the best they can be
- always be open to change & work with a positive attitude
- manage Till cashing up, Beer orders and Deliveries etc
- exceed all financial targets increasing the profitability of the venue
- organisation and planning
- WSET 2 or higher is preferred of 2 years experience in similar roll with confidence in wine
- confidently work with wine
