posting bank payments to sage as they are made and allocating supplier payments to invoices
review supplier accounts on a regular basis to question old, outstanding balances
other ad hoc accounting duties as and when required
Requirements
knowledge of Sage Line 50
previous experience in purchase ledger

we are looking for a Business Admin Level 3 candidate for an apprenticeship. The apprenticeship will last 12-18 months and will lead to a permanent position for the right candidate
being the primary reception contact for the site
the Depot Administrator will be working with both the depot and transport sides of the business, the role is to provide full administrative support to the operation in Goole
this will include speaking with internal and external contacts, transferring important information from customers and suppliers into our bespoke computer system and using the system to generate reports
