§ Ensuring that appropriate key worker sessions take place on a weekly/fortnightly basis
§ Maintain the Training Matrix
§ Monthly Key Performance Indicator reports
ensuring that Health and Safety is regularly reviewed and that Norbury Park is working within the correct regulatory protocols and procedures
to be familiar with Health and Safety Regulations, policies and procedures and ensure they are adhered to within your own area of responsibility
§ Maintain the Annual Leave tracker
§ Any other reasonable duties as requested by the CEO/COO
