- § Ensuring that appropriate key worker sessions take place on a weekly/fortnightly basis
- § Maintain the Training Matrix
- § Monthly Key Performance Indicator reports
- ensuring that Health and Safety is regularly reviewed and that Norbury Park is working within the correct regulatory protocols and procedures
- to be familiar with Health and Safety Regulations, policies and procedures and ensure they are adhered to within your own area of responsibility
- § Maintain the Annual Leave tracker
- § Any other reasonable duties as requested by the CEO/COO
- ensure that all concerns and incidents are shared with the network team on, at least, a weekly basis
