- conduct design validation through customer interviews and usage analysis to ensure that your solutions effectively address customer problems and meet business needs
- lead design projects and make an impact by contributing to improving product delivery and raising the bar on quality for our customers
Requirements
- proven experience in UX research and design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work
- delivering to challenging timescales in a technical environment
- proven experience of working in a high growth, digital start-up or scale up environment
- ability to deal with conflicting demands across propositions in different stages of the delivery lifecycle
- proven experience of designing and influencing customers using web portal / platforms
- ability to understand complex business, IT design and development requirements
- experience of data visualisation platforms and understanding of building them
- experience of using Figma to an advanced level
