  • conduct design validation through customer interviews and usage analysis to ensure that your solutions effectively address customer problems and meet business needs
  • lead design projects and make an impact by contributing to improving product delivery and raising the bar on quality for our customers

Requirements

  • proven experience in UX research and design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work
  • delivering to challenging timescales in a technical environment
  • proven experience of working in a high growth, digital start-up or scale up environment
  • ability to deal with conflicting demands across propositions in different stages of the delivery lifecycle
  • proven experience of designing and influencing customers using web portal / platforms
  • ability to understand complex business, IT design and development requirements
  • experience of data visualisation platforms and understanding of building them
  • experience of using Figma to an advanced level
