- the accurate maintenance of all HR records and systems
- monitoring and updating HR policies in line with employment law
- providing expert guidance on all employee relations issues

- leading on all aspects of the employee lifecycle including recruitment, development and offboarding
Requirements
- well organised, have strong attention to detail as well as excellent communication skills
- able to work autonomously, prioritising workload
- strong knowledge and understanding of employment issues including with legislation, conditions of service and HR best practice
- ability to deal sensitively and appropriately with confidential information
- excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills
- experience of Sage payroll desirable
- human resources: 3 years
- CIPD level 3 desirable or qualified with equivalent level of experience
