Responsibility

  • handling of customer complaints in accordance with company procedures
  • carry out such other duties and responsibilities as the Board may request from time to time
  • liaise with Claims Department to gather information on clients claim history and impact this will have on future business
  • dealing effectively with customers' needs, eg. Handling of adjustments, renewals and any other queries which may arise
  • keep abreast of and assess the impact of external changes as they relate to the role
