Responsibility
- the role includes all kitchen related duties from food preparation to maintaining high standards of health and hygiene & kitchen cleaning
- we are looking for a enthusiastic and motivated chef to join our kitchen delivering a traditional pub menu with ideas for daily specials
- we don't open Christmas Day so that's your family day to enjoy
- the perfect candidate must have experience working in a fast paced kitchen and be up to date with all health and safety, and hygiene regulations
- looking for someone to work 40/45 hours a week and wages are dependent on age and experience
- must be reliable and will be expected to take on all aspects of running the kitchen - cleaning, providing order sheets for the kitchen stock, filling paperwork etc
- must be great at working under pressure when needed & be able to work the pass plus punctuality and reliability are key for this job
- references may be required
