  • implement date labelling for garnishes and fresh produce, following a 3-day label policy
  • manage phone inquiries and bookings, redirecting complex queries to the appropriate management
  • adhere to spec sheets meticulously, ensuring consistency and compliance with company standards
  • assist in packing orders,ensuring correct sealing and readiness for delivery
  • perform hourly checks and cleaning of customer toilet areas
  • maintain cleanliness in distillery tour areas, including corridors, and report any necessary polishing of stills
