- supervise joinery teams on-site to ensure high standards of workmanship
- interpret technical drawings and plans
- coordinate tasks, manage schedules, and monitor progress
- maintain quality control and ensure health and safety standards are upheld
- work hands-on when required to support the team
- liaise with clients, subcontractors, and project managers
- order and manage materials and tools as needed
- you will be involved in a variety of projects including bespoke new builds, sustainable works and renovations
- proven experience as a time-served Joiner
- previous experience in a foreman or supervisory role
- strong knowledge of building techniques and construction best practices
- excellent leadership and communication skills
- ability to work independently and as part of a team
- CSCS card
- full UK driving licence
- carry out all aspects of Joinery, including first fix and second fix along with finishing
- reading and work from drawings and plans
- use of power tools and hand tools safety and effectively
- maintain a clean and safe environment
- to be able to work independently and as part of a team
- proven experience as a time-served Joiner
- strong attention to detail and high standard of workmanship
- excellent communication skills
- CSCS card
- full UK driving licence
