Responsibility
- lead, direct, evaluate, and develop a team of payroll professionals to ensure payroll processing deadlines are met with accuracy
- maintain payroll guidelines by writing and updating policies and procedures

- manage audit requests from internal and external auditors
- manage our payroll provider accounts day to day and identify areas for improvement
- may perform other duties/responsibilities as needed or assigned, including transfer of payrolls to alternative providers
- broadridge is hiring
- we need an individual to review and approve the monthly payrolls ensuring pay is processed accurately and on time. This role will report to the Director of Total Rewards
Requirements
- degree level or relevant qualification
- extensive payroll experience should include payroll reconciliations, experience of international payrolls, expatriate tax allowances such as “non dom” or SARP
- familiarity with stock grants and options
- written and verbal communication skills – able to express sometimes complex ideas in a simple way; able to write policy documents
- ability to analyze faults in process and manage out processes to successful completion
- confidentiality – this role manages personally identifiable data and is the guardian of our associate’s information
- 5 + years of payroll experience including at least 3 years in a managerial capacity
