  • A rare opportunity has risen for a Practice Manager to join the team at Brixham Dental Practice, in a dual management working role
  • we are an established private dental practice dedicated to offering a high standard of quality patient care, with special interest in Invisalign, cosmetic dentistry, dental implants, endodontics, and restorative dentistry
  • our Practice Manager will be responsible for providing leadership to practice colleagues to ensure we put patients at the heart of everything we do and in order to drive practice growth, increase revenue opportunities, and operate the effective day-to-day financial management and logistics of the practice
  • we are looking for a friendly, professional person to join and inspire our Dental practice as a Practice Manager, in a joint management role
  • be able to create a social medial presence to enhance the practice profile and be able to maintain it

Requirements

  • GCSEs or higher Certification
  • dental Nurse certification
  • well presented, reliable, honest, and supportive
  • valid DBS

  • · Must have previous experience in a dental practice in a managerial or supervisory capacity

Responsibility

  • to be GDC registered
  • the ability to work on your own initiative
  • ensure that all the relevant paperwork is completed promptly and accurately and that all patient records are updated and maintained, according to practice procedures both personally and across all the nursing team
  • at the end of the surgical day, ensure the surgery is closed down in line with practice procedures and policies
