Requirements

  • relevant industrial / laboratory work experience and must be able to demonstrate that experience
  • good interpersonal and communication skills and to be able to work with a variety of stakeholders
  • base project management skills with the ability to plan and support the management of multiple projects across functional levels
  • good level of Odour recognition skills
  • support the technical working relationship with the Flavour Centre of Excellence stakeholders
  • provide prototypes for decision making to the Flavourists and project team
  • support on boarding of new material suppliers and strategic innovation development partners

Responsibility

  • being responsible for the Casing and Flavour Laboratory, inventory, material orders, product sample preparation
  • supporting Casing/Flavour initiatives related to BAT´s productivity, cost savings and harmonization programs
