Responsibility
- as a Manufacturing Shift Manager, you will
- managing resources, people, and equipment, to achieve production output, quality and on-time delivery of medical products
- assessing day-to-day basis employee issue, including cleanroom hygiene, discipline, absence, housekeeping, motivation, and morale
- deciding the best method for production to ensure productivity improvements
- ensuring compliance with health and safety and statutory legislation
- logging production data accurately to assist with data monitoring for productivity, cost, downtime, and rework
- developing team culture, meeting individual and team goals and objectives
- reporting KPIs and ensuring action plans are in place with robust resolutions to issues
Requirements
- to be considered for the Manufacturing Shift Manager role,you must have
- c2 years of management experience
- qualified to NEBBS/NVQ Level 3 or equivalent
- experience in production operations and equipment programming, with excellent computer literacy
- excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- the ability to thrive independently, and in a team
- A motivated and proactive mindset, with the drive to stay updated on industry trends and business products
