we are seeking a commercial HR professional who has a hands-on, practical approach and can thrive in a busy and diverse environment
you will be a dynamic Business Partner or a Senior HR Advisor who is looking to make a difference in their next role
partnering with the business, you’ll champion the People agenda across Bristol Airport and provide commercial, pragmatic advice and support across all HR disciplines; promoting best practice and helping create a culture where our employees feel valued and engaged
this is a 6-Month fixed term contract initially to support Bristol Airport through our exciting expansion plans; we’re looking for applicants with a growth mindset and the ability to apply initiative to help us keep improving
it’s essential in this role to proactively keep up to date on any changes in employment legislation and work with the wider People Team to ensure all company policies, procedures and guidance are updated and remain compliant
