Responsibility
- A rare and exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team within a film sales, production and distribution company
- assist the Distribution team in the selling of productions to the domestic and international film distributors, TV and digital markets
- it’s also extremely important to have good computer skills given you will be responsible for maintaining distribution admin systems and records
- coordinate sales and marketing materials, such as brochures and promos and updating the Distribution website/screening site
- assist Director of Distribution with general day to day organisation, including diary management, booking taxis, travel management for the team
- database management, including sales data; screening reports; contract tracking; up-date catalogue details; contacts and mailing lists
- issue purchase orders, invoices and prepare the team’s expenses forms
- help research international film, TV and digital market with a view to increasing sales through new outlets
Education
- bachelor's
Requirements
- experience as a Sales and/or Marketing Coordinator, or Production Coordinator
- if more experienced – Film / TV Distribution experience
- educated to degree level
- excellent organisation and administrative skills
- strong and persuasive communication skills, verbal and written
- exceptional attention to detail and the ability to prioritise workload in a fast paced, pressured, ever-changing environment
- A passion for all things film and TV
- self-motivated, entrepreneurial spirit with the ability to think outside of the box
