Salary: £30,000-£45,000 (dependent on experience) • Location: Manchester We’re looking for a User Experience Designer who cares deeply about user-centred design, incremental lean product delivery, and happy users. It's a chance to work in a maturing SaaS business with a rapidly expanding customer base, launched in three continents and five countries. With over 90,000 customers and 450,000 active monthly users, our product set is developing rapidly in core areas and new adjacent areas too. You'll be responsible for helping shape how our products evolve to liberate the time of business owners and managers so they can do the things they're passionate about. What you'll be doing BrightHR has a strong user experience, design, and user research team that you'll be a part of. We believe in using user research to adjust our product direction and iterate all our features, favouring delivering an MVP and seeking feedback from our customers. We have a co-located service and sales team and a highly-engaged leadership team, resulting in an energetic commercial environment that relies on research, strong design & delivery, measurement and iteration. You’ll be working as part of an autonomous cross-functional product team who have all the skills required to build super products, ensuring that our users' needs have influence. You'll contribute both to your product team and to making our design & research function the best it can be. Who are we looking for?
