- we’re looking for a User Experience Designer who cares deeply about user-centred design, incremental lean product delivery, and happy users

- brightHR has a strong user experience, design, and user research team that you'll be a part of
- it's a chance to work in a maturing SaaS business with a rapidly expanding customer base, launched in three continents and five countries
- with over 90,000 customers and 450,000 active monthly users, our product set is developing rapidly in core areas and new adjacent areas too
- you'll be responsible for helping shape how our products evolve to liberate the time of business owners and managers so they can do the things they're passionate about
- you'll contribute both to your product team and to making our design & research function the best it can be
- we are looking for a User Experience Designer who understands and can apply a solid design process in a collaborative environment
