Responsibility
- arrange for and undertake the recruitment and selection of permanent and temporary staff
- arrange staff induction and training. Organise disciplinary and grievance arrangements
- keep and monitor staff records particularly with regard to sickness and absence and annual leave
- due to the expansion of our Dental Surgery, an exciting opportunity has become available
- this opportunity will enable you to work in a dynamic and positive environment whilst being part of a friendly supportive team
- keep the practice's contracts of employment up to date. -Organise, attend and participate in practice meetings
- finance -Take responsibility for all cash transactions and end of day cashing up. Arrange the payment of all staff
- payroll adjustments -Ensure the operation of the patient payment policy and the collection of outstanding debts
