BRIDGE STREET DENTAL is looking for employees for positions:
- arrange for and undertake the recruitment and selection of permanent and temporary staff

- finance -Take responsibility for all cash transactions and end of day cashing up. Arrange the payment of all staff
- payroll adjustments -Ensure the operation of the patient payment policy and the collection of outstanding debts
- medical Practice Management: 1 year
- dental Practice Management: 1 year
- MUST be able to work evenings and weekends
- have a positive disposition and "can-do" attitude
- provide exceptional customer service to patients and ensure they are comfortable and at ease during their visit to the dentist
- explain treatment plans in simple terms to patients
- communicate any problems with equipment or supplies to the practice manager
- maintain and monitor stock, check for use by dates and record items that need to be ordered
- recording patient details, charting, plans and assist in arranging appointments

- must be currently located within 30 miles of Fakenham Norfolk
- qualified dentists will not considered for this role
- valid qualification as a Dental Nurse
- proven experience working as a Dental Nurse
- knowledge of dental procedures, instruments, and equipment
- proficient in taking dental x-rays and developing them
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- ensure your working area is kept clean and organised
- answer phone calls and greet patients
- answer questions and direct patients
- book, cancel and reschedule appointments
- cash and Card handling
- process patient documents by ensuring they are signed, scanned and filed
- liaise with labs, Hospital referral centres and sister clinics
- effectively communicate information and issues with nurses and dentists
- ABERDEEN: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work
