- handle cash transactions and operate the cash register
- monitor alcohol consumption and ensure responsible serving practices
- previous experience as a bartender preferred, but not required
- basic math skills for handling cash transactions and calculating drink prices
- excellent time management skills to handle multiple orders simultaneously
- knowledge of different types of alcoholic beverages, cocktail recipes, and drink garnishments
- strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with customers and coworkers in a friendly and professional manner
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle high-pressure situations
- must be at least 21 years old
- familiarity with restaurant operations is a plus
