- this includes all Weddings/ Banqueting events / Meetings our Sequoias restaurant
- control of all operational Front Line Food & Beverage service staff and there associated costs
- we are a stunning Country House overlooking Cardiff and the Severn estuary with one of best views in Wales

- the role will also have a overview of the reception & housekeeping departments in the position of Deputy Manager. The role will be very hands on and will require the suitable applicants to have a good depth of knowledge in training staff
