  • A production operative who will be trained across different areas of production to be able to support the business needs. This includes stitching, building and assembling components

  • sewing Machine experience would be an advantage

Responsibility

  • consistently work within the Quality framework operated by the company
  • complete test and validation work to agreed timing plans
  • ensure the maintenance within both the static and dynamic test facilities is executed to the highest standard
  • maintaining the compliance to 5S
  • assist with test installations within varying vehicles which match the needs of the business
  • ensure the test facilities have the necessary materials to operate
  • generate internal test reports for each test completed whilst maintaining a test register when required
  • complete test setups to ensure validation is carried out in accordance to the regulations and standards to which BraunAbility work within

  • complete design and validation work to agreed timing plans
  • interpret and generate specification for new products or product improvement
  • design products with both 2D and 3D CAD systems
  • effectively maintain design record files as appropriate
  • define and perform static product validation testing
  • define and perform dynamic product validation testing
